Must be off retinoids & NO exfoliation 7 days prior to your scheduled treatment. 5-7 Days Prior to having your peel please AVOID: Laser Hair Removal, Waxing, Chemical Hair Removal Creams, Electrolysis 3-5 Days Prior to having your peel AVOID: Topical Retinoids, Tretinoin and Other topical acids and any exfoliants. POST PEEL INSTRUCTIONS AVOID: Non mineral based makeup products Avoid ALL AHA's, BHA'S and RETINOL, laser hair removal, waxing, sunbeds, swimming and sauna's for 7 days. *Please follow pre & post for best results.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file. Why we require a card on file: This allows us to protect our time and ensure availability for all clients. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24 hours] before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than [24 hours’ notice] will be charged a $35.00 fee. No-shows will be charged a $35.00 fee of the scheduled service. Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Card Security: Your payment information is stored securely and is never shared. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. A valid ID must be presented at time of check-in that matches the same name you scheduled with. (Can be uploaded ) To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. A reschedule of any appointment is only allowed one time within 48 hour time frame. If you cancel within 24hr of your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited. There is a $35 No show and Cancellation fee that will be automatically taken from card on file if not cancelled within 48 hours. NO Refunds NO Exceptions. Deposit is NON-Refundable.
