New Advanced Ultrasonic Teeth Whitening Self admin kit. **Self Administered Cosmetic Service Kit! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND no refunds on any service. Please read the (Policies & FAQ) page on procedure disqualification info before BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Also please make sure to read & follow prep instructions before your appointment. Client results vary client to client and are based on staining habits, dental hygiene, and genetics. Please keep in mind that our sessions are not a substitute for routine dental exams/cleanings. We are not a dentist disclaimer.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file. Why we require a card on file: This allows us to protect our time and ensure availability for all clients. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24 hours] before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than [24 hours’ notice] will be charged a $35.00 fee. No-shows will be charged a $35.00 fee of the scheduled service. Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Card Security: Your payment information is stored securely and is never shared. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. A valid ID must be presented at time of check-in that matches the same name you scheduled with. (Can be uploaded ) To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. A reschedule of any appointment is only allowed one time within 48 hour time frame. If you cancel within 24hr of your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited. There is a $35 No show and Cancellation fee that will be automatically taken from card on file if not cancelled within 48 hours. NO Refunds NO Exceptions. Deposit is NON-Refundable.
