Cancellation Policy
A valid ID must be presented at time of check-in that matches the same name you scheduled with. (Can be uploaded ) To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. A reschedule of any appointment is only allowed one time within 48 hour time frame.
